It was Sunday 7 august 2016 Egliseneuve Entraigues, the fifteenth official national contest. The competition will be held during the 5th craft day The riches of our mountains, with live entertainment throughout the day : Country market, discovering the local flora, Equestrian gait, Horse Show, demonstration of hunting dogs and trainers of geese, the cow milking demonstration Salers and Saint Nectaire cheese, Loto, meals, fireworks…

Will participate in the contest of farmer's cheese producers, dairy producers, refiners masters, each in its category : Farmer, Dairy, Refiner.. This annual competition will allow the Board to establish the ranking of the best Saint Nectaire PDO of the year.

All day from 9: 00 a.m. to 19 p.m., a local market will be held on the square of the village of Egliseneuve, It will allow you to discover the products and the know-how of the country : cheese, crafts… On this same square you can also visit the House of the cheeses of Auvergne.

At 11: 00, 14a.m. to 5 p.m. discover the flora of the natural grasslands through the entertainment for the day on the riches of our mountains.

From 12: 00 to 15: 00 : Local lunch, remember to book (06 22 57 19 65), to the menu : Pie in Saint Nectaire, Chicken Supreme, Scalloped potatoes, chanterelle mushrooms sauce, trays of 3 cheese, fruit tart. 16€ per person, the wine is not included.

At 14: 00 : Demonstration of hunting dogs and trainers of geese.
At 3: 00 pm : Awards of the competition of Saint Nectaire 2016.
At 15:45 : Horse Show.
From 16 h to 19 h : Tasting of cheeses of the contest.
At 4: 30 p.m. : Demonstration of the Treaty and the manufacture of l’AOP Saint-Nectaire.
At 6 p.m. : Loto in the Hall of the village.
At 10 pm : Fireworks.
